Ms. Hill was an Assistant State’s Attorney and Senior Assistant State’s Attorney in Carroll and Howard Counties for more than twelve years, prosecuting major felonies and heading up major felony units. Having been raised in Baltimore, Maryland and a long-time resident of Carroll County, Maryland, Ms. Hill has been an attorney practicing law in this area since 1984.

She received her undergraduate degree from then Western Maryland College, graduated with her law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1983, and holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Argosy University.

She practices in the areas of criminal defense, administrative appeals from decisions of the Department of Social Services, juvenile law, serious traffic offenses, MVA hearings, child custody, divorce and family law.
